Stop hiring virtual assistants.
Hire AI employees.

Somebody lands on your site at 9pm on a Sunday. Nobody replies, so they open the next company on the list. An AI employee answers in seconds, books the job, and sends you the details before you have finished dinner.

Three steps, none of them involving a developer

An afternoon, at the outside. Most of it is you typing in things you already know.

  1. 01

    Pick the role

Customer Service Rep, to start. It arrives trained for the job. You are configuring, not building.

  2. 02

    Tell it about the business

Hours, pricing, service area, policies, who to call when it is out of its depth. Paste it in or upload what you already have.

  3. 03

    Put it on your site

Paste one line of script into your site, or point your support inbox at it. It answers the next customer. You watch the transcript arrive while it happens.

Built to be trusted in front of your customers

An AI employee that works four days in five is worse than none at all, because you stop checking. Consistency is the product.

Answers at 2am on a Sunday

There is no queue and nobody to wake up. Nights, weekends and the 4pm rush get answered in seconds.

Replies before the pause gets awkward

Under a second, start to finish. People stop noticing they are talking to software about thirty seconds in.

Answers from your own documents

Point it at your website or paste in your prices, hours and policies. It answers from those and nothing else — asked something outside them, it says so and takes a message. A confident wrong answer costs more than no answer.

Knows when to get you

Angry customer, odd request, anything outside its brief — it hands over, and you get the written summary before you reply.

Enforces the rules you set

Quiet hours, unsubscribe handling, contact limits. The system refuses to send rather than trusting anyone to remember.

Reports outcomes, not activity

Appointments booked. Issues resolved. Leads captured. Message volume is a vanity number and we do not lead with it.

Email that looks like yours

Your logo at the top, your address to reply to, your phone and website underneath, and the pages you chose as buttons. Nothing in it mentions us. Your customer is writing to you, and that is what the reply looks like.

Books the job, not just the message

It offers times that are genuinely free, holds travel time separately from the appointment, and writes it into the calendar you already keep. Two people cannot take the same slot, and whoever owns that service gets the email.

Knows a customer from a cold pitch

A support inbox gets agency outreach, supplier invoices, recruiters and phishing. Those are read and set aside without an answer or a credit spent — and kept, so you can see what it decided rather than trusting that it decided well.

The questions you should be asking

Including the ones we would rather you skipped. Reply to any of our emails and a person answers.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant is a person, shared with other businesses, working their hours, at roughly $25 to $40 an hour. An AI employee works one business — yours — replies at 3am, and costs a flat monthly rate. Keep your people for the work that needs judgment. This is for the work that needs somebody to answer.

What happens when it cannot handle something?

It hands over. You set the handoff target per employee: a person, a team, an inbox. The customer is told a human is picking it up, and whoever does already has the whole transcript. It is built to hand over early rather than bluff.

Can I see what it said?

Every conversation, in full, with a summary and what it decided. You can search across all of them. Nothing is hidden from you — including the messages it chose not to answer, and why.

Is it reliable enough to put in front of customers?

That is the right question, so here is the honest answer. Every AI employee runs with automatic failover to a second model provider, so one provider having a bad hour does not take your chat and email down. Conversations that failed over are flagged in your dashboard, with timestamps, so you can check rather than trust us. What we will not claim is that it never fails. Nothing never fails. What it does is fail in ways you can see.

What does it get wrong?

It is worst in its first two weeks, before it has seen your edge cases. It will occasionally take a message when it could have booked the job, and occasionally answer a pricing question more confidently than it should. Review the transcripts daily at the start — they are all in your dashboard — and correct what it got wrong. Most of that settles inside a fortnight.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is a seat per AI employee per month, the way payroll works. Add one when you need the cover and drop it the month you do not. No setup fee, no minimum term, and no conversation with anybody to cancel.

Your next hire starts this afternoon

No setup fee. No contract. Keep them while they earn the seat and cancel the month they stop.
